Let's Mediate This
When you are ordered by the courts to mediate, consider LET'S MEDIATE THIS.
Prior to filing a lawsuit with the courts, consider mediation. However, if you have already hired an attorney, mediation can prevent you from going to the confusing and uncomfortable court proceedings, in the long run. In addition to civil and family disagreements, divorce, medical, peer reviews, academic, employment, insurance claims, church, and neighbor disputes, mediation can resolve just about any conflict you may have.
You will be heard by a neutral, compassionate third party who respects you and hears your issues. You will have input and we could draw up a binding agreement through your mediation. No signature is required if you cannot agree on a settlement.
The mediation process is built with your safety in mind and a safe environment will be provided for you. You will not be pressured into making intimidating decisions that you may regret later. Through Zoom, you can have a mediation session in the privacy of your home or office. We can opt to mediate in an attorney’s office, church or somewhere private .I will work with your schedule to establish a positive working environment to help meditate your needs.
